Woodjewel.fi is a website maintained by Wood Jewel Raatiniemi Oy (Y-ID: 1932676-4).

Wood Jewel's customers can be consumers, companies and communities.

These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between Wood Jewel Oy and its consumer customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), which is also subject to Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising.

Pricing and payment methods

Prices include VAT, but not delivery costs, unless otherwise stated. Wood Jewel reserves the right to cancel the order if the product has been sold at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, system malfunction or other similar error situation.

Prices are checked at the time of processing. When the price drops, the prices are adjusted to the customer's open order. If the price rises before the order is processed, the product will be sold at the price at the time the order was placed.

Deliveries

The products can be ordered either delivered by a delivery service or picked up at Wood Jewel locations. Orders ready for pick-up at the branches are reserved for the customer for seven days, unless otherwise announced.

Generally, the products of a single order are delivered at once. If necessary, orders containing several products will be sent in several packages, so it is possible that all products will not arrive at the same time.

Delivery time normally 1 - 3 days, also for engraved products.

• We reserve the right to send small shipments as a letter to your home.
• We reserve the right to send shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of the parcel machine to the post office.

 

Cancellation rights

The consumer has the statutory right to cancel the product or service he ordered as distance selling after 14 days by notifying Wood Jewel.
The best way to cancel is to send an e-mail to woodjewel@woodjewel.fi, or alternatively by calling Wood Jewel's number +358 (0)40 632 5519 (from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

Returns

You can contact us about possible returns by email to woodjewel@woodjewel.fi
The return does not incur additional costs.
There is no return or exchange right for engraved products, except if the product is faulty.
In case of cancellation, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the payment within 14 days.

 

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
